Dunhuang, an oasis town located at Lanzhou China, was the most important stop on the ancient Silk Road, which was the highway between China and Mediterranean. Around two thousand years go. It served as a great blend of merchandise, religions, arts and cultures, from which Lanzhou beef noodle soup was created and has been a popular traditional comfort food for a long history.
